400 North Ervay, located in downtown Dallas, was built in 1929 as a United States Post Office and Court House, and would later be well-known for the famous Sarah T. Hughes Federal courtroom. Beginning in 2007, this historically-marked building, underwent complete renovation and today occupies 78 luxurious residential lofts--the notable judge's chambers and tax court were converted into residential lounges.
